Social Media Management & Content Creation Process
1. Initial Call
We start with a phone call to understand your business, learn about you, and arrange a full meeting. We also decide whether this will be in person or online.
2. Strategy Meeting
We go in-depth into your service, customer behaviour, competitive edge, content style, and exactly how your social media should be presented.
3. Agreement
Once everything is agreed, I send a simple digital agreement. Once signed, we’re ready to begin.
4. Payment & Strategy Build
You pay the first monthly fee (£250), and I create your content strategy. Please allow up to 72 hours for your full proposal.
5. Proposal Approval
You review the strategy, request any changes, and sign off once you're happy.
6. Content Creation Begins
I begin creating content using footage you provide, typically guided by video instructions and loose scripts I supply.
7. Posting & Management
Content is posted consistently across agreed platforms and frequency.
8. Monthly Review
Before your next payment, we review performance, discuss improvements, and adjust strategy if needed.
9. Ongoing Growth
Next payment is received and content creation continues, with potential scaling if beneficial.
